Alliance Trust Disclose Record Slump In Financial Status

It has been recorded that Britons are struggling with their finances more than ever before.

Alliance Trust Research Centre reveals that the most recent Financial Reality Index has struck the lowest- ever point in the 11 years. According to it the organization has been preparing the skills in the public to manage their finances. The research taken by a firm showed that financial wellbeing of the consumers from the last three months recorded a drop across all three of its indices, whereas the growth in the house price reported to have declined.

According to an Alliance Trust, over the first six months of 2008 there is some rise in the household consumption. This increases the cost of energy and food and the rate of debts since the starting of the year.

Due to the rise in inflation rate the Britons are unable to pay off their various expenses on time so to meet such problems; debt consolidation is a good option.

It was also revealed that households have to put more of their earnings towards council tax bills and mortgage payments. As people are not able to make balance between income and inflation it is important that they should take steps to reduce areas of non-essential spending and try to consolidate their debts.

Shona Dobbie, head of Alliance Trust Research Centre, said: "These miserable conditions are set to get worse for the rest of the year. It is predicted that the unemployment ratio continues to rise over the second half of the 2008."

Those who are unable to find the way or cannot afford to cope up with the rise in prices with their income can consolidate their entire debts into a single loan at monthly repayment installments by applying for debt consolidation loan.
